Facility

Our studio is conveniently located just off of Whitemud drive in west Edmonton. We are in a quiet residential neighbourhood with free parking. Our equipment is high quality with popular brands such as Precor, Hoist, Hampton, Cemco, and Star Trac. Whether you want to increase your total body strength on our functional trainer, or challenge yourself on the TRX, we have everything you need for an amazing exercise experience.

Nutrition

Most people already know that the combination of exercise and proper nutrition is the best strategy for success. If you struggle with your food choices our trainers can help you evaluate your diet and recommend better options.
