Services

We provide several different types of services for our clients. You can choose to either train in our private studio or at home with a mobile personal trainer. We also offer year-round indoor/outdoor boot camps. We strive to accommodate you and make your workout fun, convenient and rewarding.

Have you ever considered training with a friend or spouse? It's a great way to hold each other accountable, spend time together and save money. Or try boot camp and let the group motivate and challenge you.

Do you struggle with your diet? Our trainers can review your current eating habits and make recommendations based on the Canada food guide that will help you eat better and live healthy.

 

 

Mobile Training

For some people it is just not possible to get out of the house for a workout. There are so many reasons why people struggle fitting exercise into their daily life, so we try to make it easier by coming to you. All you need is an open area in your home and we do the rest. We have the equipment to give you a great workout anywhere.
Boot Camp

Group fitness is one of the easiest and most affordable ways to get in shape. At only a fraction of the cost of having a personal trainer you can have a great workout with people of all skill levels. We design our workouts so they challenge everyone from beginners to the elite athlete. We always include a mix of functional resistance training, core training and agility/power training. The trainers will encourage you to push yourself, but everyone is there to have a great time. Come to boot camp; you will not be disappointed. It may be just what it takes to kick-start an active lifestyle.

Studio Training

Avoid the big gym crowds and let a trainer motivate and challenge you in a private and comfortable setting. We provide an environment that is relaxing and fun for even the most reluctant clients; with a little help it's easy to make fitness part of your lifestyle.
